Site information
Using the journal.
The scope of the recipes, references, and planning tools.
Cooking reference.
The journal provides recipes and educational references. Ingredients, equipment, portions, and kitchen conditions vary. Use the complete recipe, handle food carefully, and follow applicable local food-safety guidance.
Raw seafood.
Raw or undercooked seafood carries risk. A recipe, illustration, supplier label, or online description cannot establish that a particular ingredient is safe. Read the sourcing notes and primary references; choose a cooked or vegetarian alternative when appropriate.
Planning tools.
The rice calculator scales the current rice recipe and estimates its yield. The roll planner is a visual combination sketch, not a tested recipe. Neither tool replaces the complete cooking method.
Editorial imagery.
AI-created illustrations are identified as visual interpretations. They do not show a verified cooked result or document a real chef’s work.
